I really think the search engine for subscribers, or the tastemaker network are lacking in many senses. For example:
1. If you type the name of a user without Capitalizing the letters as the user wrote it, it won't be found. It should be case insensitive, and context aware (meaning that if only a partial or a semi-hit, still show the results)
2. It's not possible to search by Genre. This is a big one, as I tend to list users based on the genre (I do multiple genres). Please add that, it would make the experience 99% better (and easier to work with).
3. Allow multiple results selection, but keep selection when moving pages - this one ties to my next point.
4. Allow for assigning multiple contacts to a group (in fact, allow creating the group right from that view(s), instead of doing so many steps. Point 3 would allow to select multiple users across different pages, and this one to put them all on a list.
Keep it up, loving the service. Hope the TasteMaker Network keeps on growing, that's your biggest differentiator vs. the competition.
